Orders: All designs are made-to-order on a handloom in Los Angeles and ship within 5 days on average. If you need to rush the order, contact sales@knorts.com and we'll try our best to make it happen.

Shipping: Shipping is free worldwide on all orders. All shipments are sent via FedEx/DHL/USPS with complete shipment tracking from end to end. 

International shipping rates are free. Your order total is guaranteed and you will not be charged any additional fees at delivery. 

Returns: Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. All items must remain in perfect condition with original packaging. Contact sales@knorts.com for requests.

Knorts does not accept exchanges. If you would like to try a different size or item, please place a new order and we will refund you for the original order once the return is received back at our warehouse. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you at your cost.

Returns are processed within 10 business days of receipt. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the Knorts website.
